Listed last winter for $2 million, the property quickly sold above its asking price to single mom and P.R. executive Rachel Florio, who bills herself as a trend expert specializing in stuff designed for A-list parents and their babies: DadGear (metrosexual diaper bags), Homemade Baby ("certified organic food for babies"), chloeinstyle.com ("hot mom" maternity tees). There was one hitch, however: Florio's teenaged daughter objected to the move on the grounds that she would have to switch schools, or so it was reported in a local newspaper. So before moving into the house, Florio put the place back on the market for around $2.2 million. We hear that it sold—again at asking, or close to it—in September.
